Maintenance service
Trimble's authorized professional service provider in China repairs all measuring instruments of Trimble brand. After years of development, the maintenance department has rich maintenance experience and technical strength.
There are three maintenance engineers in the maintenance department. From the perspective of industry, all maintenance engineers have bachelor's degree and major in computer, surveying and mapping and electronic information engineering respectively. All of them have participated in Trimble's maintenance technology training held at home and abroad for many times, with level 3 maintenance qualification for Trimble’s instrument; as for technical strength, the maintenance department has rich maintenance experience and is capable of maintaining either the early instruments or the latest instruments.
Warranty extension service
Warranty extension/software upgrade is based on the advantages of professional technology of Beijing MAG Tianhong. Beijing MAG Tianhong strives to provide customers with a reassuring after-sales service experience and brand-new high-quality after-sales service to protect the long-term interests of customers. This service is to provide value-added service for users through service on the basis of the one-year warranty/upgrade period of measuring instrument provided by the company, with users paying very little expenses.
Field service
Due to the particularity of the surveying and mapping industry, if there are problems in surveying and mapping instruments during field survey, the progress of the follow-up project will be seriously affected; at the same time, due to lack of knowledge of the instrument, the measurement progress may also be slow when the customer encounters problems in the process of measurement. In view of the significant timeliness of the measurement industry, we have launched on-site maintenance services for users as Trimble’s maintenance service department to maximize the working efficiency of users using instruments in the field.
Patrol inspection service
Patrol inspection service is mainly designed for units having construction projects with relatively strong seasonal variation; during the idle period of surveying and mapping instruments, the maintenance engineer shall handle the faults and maintain the instruments on site according to the instrument conditions, and answer the questions on site. If the customers requests, the technician can be organized to carry out on-site training on matters needing attention and details in field operation of the instruments; for instruments that have no faults during use, the maintenance engineer can provide testing for the performance indexes of the instruments, such as the reception of satellite signals, data transmission status, transmission distance of radio stations and other items, and make instrument testing reports on site. For all Trimble cables, batteries, chargers and other accessories, the technician explains the matters needing attention in maintenance and use, and carry out on-site maintenance for cables according to the actual situation.
